This is a Lugia perler bead toy made by my friend ~Etowntigers1 and she left it here so I took a pic and uploaded it awhile. The credit for this goes to her. And she complained that it was a super boring sprite to make the whole time she was making it (since it's like, four colors) so enjoy anyway.
The sprite was obtained from the Pokemon Elite 2000 Website.
